MFES Weekly Update

October 2, 2026

What a Week!

As always, it has been a busy, fun week!

These scholars are such a joy to be around! They earned another 6 pie pieces, leaving only three until they earn a campus reward!

Our readers are doing a great job and getting rewarded for words read! We also gave out our first IXL awards! Students have been working hard to learn this year!

BATTLE OF THE CANS IS BEGINNING!!! Marble Falls Elementary has won this battle for the past several years, and we hope to keep that tradition going! PLEASE consider donating to help us! See the flyer below.

We are collecting candy for Trunk-or-Treat. The class that brings in the most bags will win a pizza party!! Trunk-or-Treat is Tuesday, October 27. We can't wait to see everyone and their fun costumes!

Remember, if you bring a pumpkin for the decorating contest, it must be fake. We don't want any rotting pumpkins by the end of the month.

Drop-off and pick-up have been going well. Please consider using the car line in the morning and afternoon. It helps with safety. The traffic pattern picture is also listed below. Some people are still not quite following the pattern.

Important Reminders

Please make sure that you drop your students off in the car line and let us know if their home transportation arrangements change for the day. We still have several students being walked across the parking lot in the mornings. This is not safe. I ask that you drive through the car line and allow us to help them out of the car if needed.

Attendance is vital to a student's success. Please ensure that your student attends school each day they are well. A doctor's note is required to excuse an absence.
